Read each one out loud. The one that still works when a relative who has never opened Instagram reads it off a card is the one to print.
Search it on Instagram before you commit. A tag that already has a few thousand strangers' photos under it will bury yours, and you will not find out until the day after.
Wherever a guest is already looking down: the table card, the order of service, a sign at the bar. Press "put it on a sign" and it goes onto a printable LatentCam table card in the next click.
Not for the photos on the roll. Those come back to one gallery whether or not anybody remembers a tag. A hashtag is for the pictures guests take on their own phones and post themselves, which is a separate pile, and worth catching too.
