How it works

Four steps to a refund

Film a short about your roll

A minute or two about your event, your roll, whatever felt real. Mention LatentCam somewhere in it.

Post it with the hashtag

Reels, TikTok or Shorts, with #LatentCam in the caption so we can find it.

Let the views land

Organic reach only, no boosting. Give it time to climb toward a tier.

Send us the proof

The video link and a screenshot of the view count, from your roll's dashboard.

The rules

What counts, and what doesn't

  • Organic views only. No bots, no view farms, no paid promotion.
  • A person watches every video before anything is refunded, not a view counter.
  • The refund goes back to the card you paid with, the same way it left.
  • One live claim per roll at a time.
  • A rejected claim doesn't burn the roll: post another video and try again.

FAQ

Cashback, answered

What counts as an organic view?

Views your video earns on its own, through the platform's normal reach: not from ads, bots, view-buying services or click farms. If something looks bought, the claim is rejected.

How long does a decision take?

We watch every video by hand, so it isn't instant, but most claims get an answer within a few business days.

What happens if a claim is rejected?

The roll isn't burned. You'll see why, and you can post another video and submit again.

Can I claim cashback on any roll?

On any roll you've paid for. The free Test Roll has no cashback, since there's nothing to refund.

Can I take the 50% refund now and claim the rest later?

No. Taking the 50% refund at 2,000 views refunds and closes that roll's claim for good: the same roll can't later be claimed at 100% for 20,000 views. If you think you'll clear 20,000, it's worth waiting.
